No! Our classes are designed for both beginners and advanced athletes. Everyone is supported according to their own level.
No. Sparring is optional and only available for those who are technically ready and comfortable participating.
Regular training improves conditioning, strength, and overall fitness. Results depend on personal consistency and training intensity.
Gloves and hand wraps are recommended. You can start without your own gear, but having your own equipment is more hygienic and practical long-term.
Yes. We run a dedicated nutrition program to support healthy eating habits and we also provide personalized nutrition coaching.

Most sessions allow multiple levels to train together, but exercises are scaled so each member works at an appropriate intensity and complexity.
