About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced MMA Coach to join our growing TRIFIT team.
You’ll be responsible for leading engaging training sessions for kids, teens, and adults — combining physical performance, mental discipline, and a positive family-first approach.

Our ideal coach inspires through action, communicates with empathy, and helps students grow both on and off the mats.

✅ Your Responsibilities

– Conduct age-appropriate MMA and self-defence training sessions
– Develop lesson plans that combine technique, mindset, and motivation
– Support belt exams, workshops, and special training events
– Ensure a safe, structured, and inclusive environment for all members
– Collaborate with other coaches to improve training programs and routines
– Represent TRIFIT’s values of respect, confidence, and community

– Certification or professional experience in MMA, BJJ, Kickboxing, or similar
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Ability to work with children, teens, and adults in group settings
– Positive, energetic and team-oriented mindset
– English fluency (Arabic or other languages are a plus)

You’ll be the voice of TRIFIT — connecting with families, partners, and organizations to expand our community and programs.

– Engage with leads, families, and schools to promote TRIFIT programs
– Manage CRM data, follow-ups, and client communication
– Convert inquiries into memberships and trial sessions
– Identify partnership opportunities with local institutions and events
– Work closely with the marketing and customer success team

✅ What You Bring

– 1–3 years experience in sales, customer service, or business development
– Confident communication and interpersonal skills
– Goal-oriented, persuasive, and adaptable personality
– Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)

– Handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and in-person touchpoints
– Support communication campaigns and member events

– 2+ years experience in customer success, client relations, or operations
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
